The “Truth of Color” Revealed by Color Temperature
Color temperature (Kelvin/K) is a scale that indicates the hue of light. Just as sunlight changes from the deep orange of dawn to the crisp blue of high noon, light has its own “temperature.”

- 2000K (Candlelight) :Emotional, but creates strong red shadows.
- 5000K+ (Daylight) : Functional, but often too cold for relaxation
- 3500K (Warm White) : “The Museum Standard”
At Design Studio nano, we have specifically chosen 3500K. Used in premier institutions like the Kyoto National Museum (Heisei Chishinkan) and the Suntory Museum of Art, this light reveals the true vibrancy of pigments and the pristine clarity without distortion. Experience the “Truth of Color” in its most honest form.
